Digital Product Sales

  • All products sold are digital goods (e.g. accounts, coins, cues) and delivered online.
  • Once delivered, products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 15–30 minutes. However, depending on product type or availability, it may take up to 1 hour.
  • Orders are fulfilled through WhatsApp or email.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be given after a successful delivery unless the product is faulty or inaccessible.
  • If there is a login issue or missing item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Requests for changes must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Account Responsibility

  • Once an account is delivered, you are fully responsible for its use and security.
  • We do not take responsibility for any actions taken by the game developer (Miniclip) such as bans or resets, especially if the account is misused.

Payment Policy

  • We accept PayPal (for international orders), paytm, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer.
  • Payments must be confirmed before we process your order.

Prohibited Use

  • You agree not to use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, or violating the game's Terms of Service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who misuses our products or attempts chargebacks after successful delivery.
